How do I de-activate my account?

To de-activate an account at anytime simply:

  1.      1. Login into contractor account
  2.      2. Click "Account Summary"
  3.      3. Scroll to the bottom and click "De-activate it here"

We're sorry to see you go! Please come back and re-activate your account at anytime and your profile will be fully restored.

I received a lead with false or misleading information. How do I report the bad lead?

To report bad leads and help us fight spam :

  1.      1. Login into contractor account
  2.      2. Click "Report Bad Lead"
  3.      3. Fill out lead information and submit.

Our staff will determine the source and cause of the false lead and use this information to help prevent further false inqueries.

I lost my username or password and cannot access my account. How do I recover it?
