Bug: Terms of service link on company profile creation form

The link to the terms of service page should be external so that if it is accidentally clicked on when meaning to click on the submit button for the form, the user won't lose all if his or her information.

Thanks for the heads up. This could definitely frustrate anyone who wanted to read the terms of service, only to see their info get wiped out. This bug's been squashed.
