LandscapingScene.com reserves the right to alter our services agreement. It is the responsibility of all site users and contractors to frequently check the services agreement to maintain compliance.

This services agreement applies strictly to LandscapingScene.com and our affiliate sites. Once a user leaves our network, this services agreement no longer applies and we cannot be held responsible for actions outside our network.

Description of Service

LandscapingScene.com serves as a national database of landscape contractors. We do not in any way provide landscape or related services. We will not be held liable or responsible for damages or litigation incurred by relationships formed through our services.

LandscapingScene.com in no way endorses or guarantees work which may be provided to you as a result of utilizing our services. It is the responsibility of the user to thoroughly investigate each contractor before an agreement of work is reached.

Site Users

By utilizing the services of LandscapingScene.com, you the site user agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a quote request form or other requested information. Please read our privacy policy regarding use and distribution of all information.

Each contractor on our site has been required to indicate whether they possess proper insurance and licensing to perform the services listed. LandscapingScene.com does not in any way guarantee the authenticity of these statements and strongly encourages all site users to independently verify the accuracy of this information.

LandscapingScene.com serves strictly as a liaison between prospective landscape customers and landscape contractors. We in no way offer any services other than those stated on our website. We will not be held liable for any damages or litigation incurred as a result of relationships formed on LandscapingScene.com or our affiliate sites.

Obligation of Registration

By registering for services provided on LandscapingScene.com, you acknowledge that you are of legal age to form a legally binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions.

You agree to provide accurate and current information on all registration forms or other data collection points. Providing false information or failure to update in changing information can result in the removal and/or permanent ban from LandscapingScene.com and related services.

Member Conduct

By joining LandscapingScene.com you agree to use our services for the sole purpose of obtaining new sales leads for landscaping related services and other green industry related activity. All contact with site users shall be consistent with the request of information submitted by site users. Soliciting additional products or services after the initial consultation is strictly prohibited.

As a member of LandscapingScene.com, you are granted the ability to create and upload a user profile. By creating a user profile, you agree that you own or have permission to legally distribute all materials, pictures, files, etc. You also agree not to distribute or upload pornographic or otherwise illegal content.

Member Accounts

When supplying license and insurance verification, you certify that you, the contractor, have a valid license and the necessary insurance to perform the services listed and that you comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines regulating your industry. Failure to provide accurate or current license and insurance information may result in the removal or banning of violators from LandscapingScene.com and our network.

All customer information supplied to you, the contractor, will be used for the purpose of supplying the customer with information or bids on services requested. Customer information may not be re-sold or re-distributed to a third party for any reason without the express written consent of the customer. Violations of this policy may result in the removal or ban of violators from the LandscapingScene.com network.

LandscapingScene.com reserves the right to send user quote forms to multiple member contractors as requested by the user.
